We value your custom & aim to provide a reliable & stress free shopping experience as your satisfaction is our priority. Should problems arise, we will gladly resolve these with you to the best of our ability Please accept that we do our best to give a factual description of items listed on our website, and accept that photos that we take may be slightly different in colour to the actual item due to lighting and shadow etc.
We dispatch most of our orders within 24 hours of cleared payment unless we need to make a bouquet or display where our aim is to process and dispatch within 48 hours. You will receive email notification when we have posted your order.
We no longer post to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man , Channel Islands or Isle of White.
Certain postal delivery services either do not deliver in some locations within the UK, or if they do they charge increased postage, therefore we cannot post to the following postcode areas - We post to Mainland UK excluding certain parts of Northern Scotland and the following: (Should you wish to purchase please contact us for a postal quote)

This may not be a conclusive list as different postal services may have different guidelines; however we reserve the right to consider any location excluded if: the postal service that we use does not deliver in that location and/or there is a surcharge for delivery in certain areas.
If delivery of your parcel is unsuccessful you will be left a card or email with information explaining how to rearrange delivery or how to collect your parcel from a depot or other specified location. Re-delivery may only be attempted twice before the parcel is returned to ourselves. In such case we reserve the right to consider that we have fulfilled our part of the contract and re-delivery to yourself will incur a further postal fee, once we have received the parcel back from the courier. The same will apply for parcels which cannot be delivered due to incomplete addresses or other such incidents when delivery has been impractical.
You have 14 days to cancel the contract from date of delivery and return the goods to us in exactly the same condition in which they arrived; you cannot cancel an order once you have opened a sealed package or used the item. Should you wish to cancel your contract, please notify us by email in the first instance and await our authorisation for you to return the parcel and to which address. We will refund you on receipt of the goods. Parcels are returned to us at your cost. Please always use a tracked postal service as we will not be responsible if your parcel is lost or damaged, in this case you would need to make a claim against the party who were responsible to deliver your item to us. A contract may not be cancelled when there has been a failure to collect the parcel from a secured third party location as per above.
If you have received an item that is damaged or faulty, you can return it to us if authorised to do or we may ask for photographic evidence of the damage. Where the item is deemed faulty or damaged , we will send you a replacement if stock is available. Only where the item is out of stock, we will issue you with a full refund. Items need be returned to us within 14 days, from the day you receive your order if you wish to cancel. For any other reason, you must notify us immediately to discuss further your reason for wishing to return, as the 14 day period does not apply for reasons other than cancelling the contract.
